The MCH Navigator directly addresses the Division of MCH Workforce Development Strategic Plan. The first goal of this plan addresses the needs of the MCH workforce by calling for engagement of, training for, and support of MCH leaders in practice, academics, policy, and leadership development. The plan’s third goal promotes interdisciplinary/ interprofessional training and practice to improve quality of care through systems integration.
