Transformation MCH Financing Lecture

​This lecture series focuses on MCH financing and public insurance programs. Three public insurance programs are discussed: Medicaid, CHIP, and Health Insurance Marketplaces. The lecture provides a background of the programs, an overview of eligibility, costs, services covered, implications for MCH populations, and financing.
