Management
This Training Bundle provides courses to equip MCH professionals with the skills and knowledge to acquire and sustain management roles in public health. Topics covered include fiscal, grants and personnel management, systems thinking and how to apply the Public Health planning cycle.
- Theories and Principles: Beyond basic overview presentations, includes learning opportunities that address specific applications to public health, systems thinking, and application of the PH planning cycle. (MCH Leadership Competency 11S6).
- Human Resources: Covers topics such as personnel management, managing teams and forming partnerships. (MCH Leadership Competencies 2, 3, 6, and 10).
- Skills: Includes learning resources related to fiscal management, budgets, grant managements and monitoring organizational performance. (MCH Leadership Competencies 2, 3, 6, and 10).
