This third installation of JSI's Behavior Effect series on person-centered care will examine service delivery and experience. Join JSI’s Kate Onyejekwe as she moderates a discussion with expert panelists to explore why we need to build trust, ensure access, and understand the service experience to deliver effective person-centered care.
