Annotation

Although many health care organizations believe they already practice Patient- and Family-Centered Care, when they learn what that phrase really means, they realize how much they have to learn and how different it is to truly provide care that is patient- and family-centered. This video is a snapshot of The University of Vermont Medical Center, which is at an early stage in its journey toward providing patient- and family-centered care.
