In this video, developed by AMCHP to help introduce changes to the MCH Block Grant in 2014 Dr. Michael Lu, Associate Administrator of the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) presents a framework for the transformation of the Title V Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Services Block Grant. The video represents his "first attempt at synthesizing all the big ideas I've heard so far into a common working vision".
