This webinar reviews online tools that offer both general and community specific interactive learning activities to help primary care providers better understand the community and the challenges of their patients. A variety of tools including Spent, bias assessment, medication simulation, Dartmouth Health Atlas, Google Maps, and community food resources are presented.
