Learning Objectives

• Identify factors that can place teens (especially expectant and parenting teens) at risk for intimate partner violence (IPV).

• Communicate with youth about IPV and characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships.

• Describe three components to develop an effective response and referral system for youth at risk for experiencing IPV.
