This webinar defines mentoring and describes a collaboration among the Colorado Public Health Association, Public Health Nurses Association of Colorado, and the Colorado Environmental Health Association to create a mentoring program. Topics include the program's rationale, history, and vision and goals. The presenters also explain why individuals should consider becoming a mentor or mentee and how to become a mentor or mentee.
