This video is part of a year-long mentorship program designed as a self-study and peer-learning program to provide public health leaders with resources and knowledge to navigate Oregon’s public health system. The mentorship program utilizes the experiences and expertise of resource people in both local and state public health. The video describes what is required of effective leadership, 360 assessments, giving and receiving feedback, how leaders learn, coaching, and features of the Northwest Public Health Leadership Institute.
