This training spotlight, developed by the MCH Navigator, includes trainings to support this concepts behind the transformation of the Title V Block Grant. Since May of 2013, the U.S. Maternal and Child Health Bureau has been working in partnership with the leadership in the State Title V Maternal and Child Health (MCH) programs as well as with other national MCH leaders and stakeholders to develop and refine a vision (titled MCH 3.0) for transforming the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Block Grant to better meet current and future challenges facing our Nation’s mothers and children, including children with special health care needs.

This project is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under grant number UE8MC25742; MCH Navigator for $225,000/year.
