This archived webinar presented by the Association of Public Health Nurses (APHN), a member of the Quad Council of Public Health Nursing Organizations, and the Public Health Foundation (PHF) focuses on the revised Core Competencies for Public Health Professionals (Core Competencies) released by the Council on Linkages Between Academia and Public Health Practice in June 2014. Originally presented in June 2015, this 60 minute webinar provides an overview of the 2014 version of the Core Competencies, changes made in this version and how these changes address feedback from the public health community, and tools and resources available to support use of the Core Competencies.
