5-Minute MCH Modules

We explore each MCH Leadership Competency with four modules that provide a 5-minute background, 5 additional learning opportunities, 5 implementation strategies, and a 15-minute learning session with an expert from the field. You can access these competencies and modules in different ways, based on your learning need:

  • Self-Paced. You can learn about any of the competencies individually based on your need and the time you have available.
  • Calendar-Style. You can focus on a different competency each month, setting aside a small piece of time each week to complete one of the four modules.
  • Collaborative Learning. You can set up a learning program in your agency or department where staff members can take all or part of the program together.
